Our Beginning
Live Oak Community Church was formed in the fall of 2003. We began meeting in the backyard's of our member's homes until God provided a temporary location for Live Oak on Tibet Ave. Our church was officially constituted in 2004 and has served the surrounding community with a variety of activities and outreaches.
It was the desire of our hearts that we would be able to find a permanent location. In June 2006, God answered our prayers and led us to purchase the buildings and property at 425 W. Montgomery Crossroad, our current location.
Our buildings and property will enable us to grow our ministries, as well as expand those new ministries that God leads us to pursue in the future.
In 2009, God has led us to partner with Savannah Chinese Christian Church and Providence Christian School by providing facilities and support.
